A. Definitions

"Service"

The website wuhavo-hibice.info and all operational training course content accessible through it.

"User"

Any individual who accesses or uses the Service, whether or not they have submitted a form or registered for course access.

"Content"

All text, images, videos, templates, guides, and other materials available through the Service.

"Course Materials"

Downloadable templates, written guides, video lessons, and supplemental documents provided as part of the operational training course.

"Operational Training"

Educational content focused on business workflow, file organization, communication templates, and time management. Excludes insurance advice, regulatory guidance, and licensing preparation.

B. Nature of the Service

Wuhavo Hibice provides operational and workflow training for independent insurance agents. The Service is educational in nature. Nothing in the Service constitutes insurance advice, coverage recommendations, regulatory compliance guidance, or preparation for any insurance licensing examination. Users are solely responsible for ensuring their business practices comply with applicable laws and regulations. Wuhavo Hibice does not hold an insurance license and does not act in any advisory capacity with respect to insurance products or coverage.

C. Acceptable Use

Users agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. The following are prohibited:

• Using the Service to engage in any fraudulent or deceptive activity

D. Intellectual Property

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use course materials for their own personal professional development.
